"Très beau logement situé tout en haut du bâtiment au début du centre historique de Colmar, juste à côté de la petite Venise. Calme, bien équipé et surtout avec une climatisation ce qui était vraiment appréciable la nuit au vu des températures que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour."

"The apartment is in one corner of the Colmar Old Town, and that meant it is very convenient. It is also directly opposite Little Venice, and it is a treat to be able to see one of the main attractions of the town every day. Location is very good. The toilet is massive, and the kitchen is clean and easy to use. This is also one of the few apartments that has air conditioning, and with the hot summer in Colmar, it was definitely a highlight of this apartment. Not to mention, the parking for this apartment is excellent - the surrounding carparks only operate between 7pm and 9am, which meant that any parking here is free between these two timings. The amenities provided in the apartment are very sufficient, and they are clean. Also, being able to stay in one of the wooden buildings in this town, it is an experience which we have to recommend. It is also fun to be climbing up the stairs to the bedroom, which also had a very cosy space and its own air conditioning."

"Quite a few things - * There is no lift / elevator to the apartment, and it is up on the 4th floor. * There was a spider living in the bathtub, and we did not want to disturb its rest, so we did not use the bathtub at all. * The stone floor of the toilet is not comfortable to step on after a shower. * The air conditioning unit on the first floor of the apartment is awkwardly located right behind a cabinet in the kitchen - the air doesn't circulate very well from that location, but it is still better than having none at all. * The fire alarm is located right outside the kitchen - a little smoke can trigger the fire alarm, which meant watching out if there is any smoky cooking. * There was one day where there was a festival in Colmar, and they closed all access roads into the town. Notices around the town also indicated that the festival would be in 2024, when we were staying there in 2025.... which caught us by surprise when we tried to come into town that night. We had to do big detours in order to drive back to our apartment, and that was a huge surprise to us. The festival ended around 11, which surprised us too - it is quite early for a party. By 11.30pm the town was as quiet as it always was. This is still an exceptional apartment which we definitely will recommend, as long as suitcases are not heavy and climbing the stairs are not a problem."

"We stayed for two nights: 3 adults and a baby under one year old, and really enjoyed our time in Colmar! The apartment has a great location, just a short walk from the historic city center. In fact, it feels like you’re already in the middle of it. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. There’s a public parking available right in front of the building (paid during weekdays, but free on Sundays and public holidays), which was very convenient for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable."

"We had requested a baby crib, which wasn’t initially in the apartment, but the host was very kind and responded immediately. She brought it over quickly. The sheets for the third adult was also missing at first, but again, the host was quick to help and brought what was needed. There were lack of hygiene products in the bathroom. Some bathroom essentials were missing, including toilet paper and shower gel. Luckily, we had brought our own since we were traveling with a baby. Just a small note: the apartment is best suited for 3 people; definitely not for 4 adults. The sofa bed is more appropriate for one person rather than two."

"Location was in the middle of the Christmas Markets, which was ideal and picturesque! I didn't get a chance to explore shops or restaurants nearby, but there seemed to be several. Place was spacious and clean! Loved the bathroom and all the windows."

"I got the Code to open the door through a message on Booking.com. It was a little unclear what Door I needed to use to get in, but found it with the help of a local. Door #1 on the Left side of the building if facing it. You have to lug luggage and bags up three floors of stairs after rolling it on cobblestones. The streets were closed off by police due to Christmas Markets and I was also unsure of where to park my car but found an underground parking garage about a 10ish minute walk away."
